This memorial video blends traditional Buddhist sounds and imagery with carefully restored family photographs dating back to the 1920s. The project required a particularly sensitive visual approach: the client preferred to avoid AI-generated animation, so movement was created by hand using 3D layering, parallax, and detailed compositing techniques. Restored photos, carefully edited video moments, and a meditative soundscape come together to create a tribute that feels reverent, personal, and deeply connected to family tradition.
